If your whole business already runs on Fresha, this is a genuinely native product. It sees your services, prices and staff rosters without any setup, and payment protection woven into the call is something most standalone AI receptionists, ours included, do not do. That's the honest case for it, and for some salons it's the whole answer.
What does Fresha AI Concierge cost?
On Fresha's published UK pricing, checked 26 August 2026, AI Concierge is an optional add-on at £79.95 per location per month, with 200 call minutes included, then £0.48 per extra minute, and 500 messages included, then £0.03 per extra message.
It sits on top of a Fresha subscription: £14.95 a month for an independent, or £9.95 per bookable team member for a team. So the real monthly total for phone answering is £94.90 for a solo owner, or £109.80 for a three-chair team. Separately, Fresha's marketplace takes a one-off 20% commission (minimum £4) on brand-new clients who find you through the marketplace; returning clients are free. The minutes line deserves a highlight, stated fairly in both directions. 200 included minutes is roughly 100 two-minute calls a month, and a busy phone gets through that; after it, every minute is 48p. Vocalenda includes 500 minutes, around 250 typical calls, with no meter behind the flat price, and the flip side is that if you do use them all, calls pause until the month resets rather than billing on. So Fresha's line never stops but gets more expensive as you grow; ours stays one price with two and a half times the headroom before any limit is felt.
